Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once approved, FaceMax covers the cost of return shipping - we'll provide a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
